COURSE DESCRIPTION
INTRODUCTION TO INTEGRATED COMBATIVES
The Allegiance Defense Solutions Introduction to Integrated Combatives Course offers training rooted in the Sayoc Integrated Combatives methodology. This course provides a progressive approach to personal defense by integrating various martial tactics and techniques into a framework intended to augment the students’ existing knowledge base, or lack thereof.
Participants will:
- Discuss and learn the dynamics of violent encounters
- Focus on effective and adaptive responses to lethal threats
- Learn to transition between empty-hand, edged weapon, and pistol techniques
- Practice entry level striking and stand-up grappling
- Understand tool selection, setup, and optimization
This course emphasizes fluidity and efficiency in combat, enabling students to adapt quickly to different scenarios. Training is conducted in a controlled, supportive environment that prioritizes safety while challenging participants to enhance their skills.
Whether you are new to combatives or seeking to expand your existing skill set, Introduction to Integrated Combatives offers valuable training for anyone committed to mastering a comprehensive self-defense system.
Required Equipment:
- 200 rounds of appropriate caliber ammunition (more or less as desired)
- At least 3 pistol magazines
- Eye protection (tinted/clear lenses)
- Firearm cleaning/maintenance gear
- Hearing protection (electronic preferred but not required)
- Hydrating drinks, food/snacks
- Magazine pouch(s)
- Optic (iron sights acceptable)
- Quality belt
- Quality semi-auto pistol
- Secure kydex-type holster (inside or outside waistband)
- Weather-appropriate clothing
Provided Equipment:
- Training blade and sheath (Blue ADS, AmTac, or Headhunter Blade)
- Training pistol and holster (Blue G19 with Blackpoint Tactical Holster)
- Training tourniquet (Blue Aero Health Rapid Stop TQ)
Recommended Equipment:
- Individual first aid kit (TCCC/TECC)
- Note-taking materials
- Stowable/packable chair
- Sunblock, bug spray, and other comfort items
- Training pistol, blade, and tourniquet matching your live gear
